But AIG thus far is denying AHBE such claims and has refused to issue any payments for Bruce Levenson and AHBE. AHBE is taking AIG to court and filing a lawsuit for failure to honor the claim, and to cover court costs.

Bruce Levenson is the founder of an industry news organization called Unified Communications Group (UCG). He had gotten his degree in journalism from Washington University and attended law school at American University. He and Ed Peskowitz started the company when they published Oil Express back in 1977, and the company grew from there as they acquired more newsletters.
